For one of our clients, a national telecommunication provider, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Barcelona or Madrid.

This person will be the main responsible for defining, implementing, and supervising the entire digital strategy: online sales, demand generation/investment management, evolution of the corporate website, digital customer experience (website and app), and digital transformation projects, leading a team of 4-5 people.

In a nutshell

• Define and implement a comprehensive marketing / digital strategy, ensuring consistency with the company’s overall objectives.
• Lead digital transformation and innovation projects (AI, customization, chatbots, new tools).
• Coordinate and motivate the team, fostering a culture focused on results, data, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing digital, eCommerce or online Marketing teams, preferably on Telco, technology or high-conversion sectors.
• Experience leading teams and digital transformation projects.
• Fluent level of English
