In a nutshell

• Offer IT support to internal teams at an international level.
• Workplace configuration, onboarding and training new members.
• Participate in multiple IT related projects.

Stack

Microsoft 365, Ticketing tools, hardware, Windows OS, etc.

Requirements

• Studying a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic troubleshooting tools
• Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
• Fluent level of English
