For one of our clients, an important international wholesale distributor, we are looking for an IT Technical Support Analyst to join their team in Spain.

In a nutshell

  • Provide telematic and in-person technical support for hardware, software and network issues
  • Install, configure and maintain end user computers, printers and barcode scanners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications and network connectivity

Requirements

  • +2 years of proven experience in technical support or Service Desk role
  • Full Spanish driving license and valid passport
  • Native Spanish speaker with good English speaking and writing skills

 

* The role will be based in San Pedro (Málaga). This location hosts the main Spanish office. Regular travel to sites across the Andalucia and Levante regions will be expected, with the provision of a company car. Occasional travel to the UK may be required for the purpose of training.
