For one of our clients, a national telecommunications provider, we are currently looking for a Client Manager to join their team in Barcelona or Madrid.

This person will lead the global strategy for customer loyalty, retention and maximization of customer value in all phases.

In a nutshell

• Design and lead the customer lifecycle strategy and its different phases (acquisition, infancy, growth, maturity, and risk).

• Implement the entire customer loyalty and relationship strategy, based on the Risk Model.
• Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs.

• SQL, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, BigQuery, SAS…

Requirements

• Strong experience leading Client Management strategies and/or CRM (preferably in the Telco sector or related)
• Proven experience with BI and data-drive decision making.
• Fluent level of English
