For one of our clients, a national telecommunications provider, we are currently looking for a Head of Backhaul to join their team in Barcelona or Madrid.

Your mission will be to manage and expand our client’s backhaul/backbone business, leading strategy, commercial execution, network development, and financial results.

In a nutshell

• Act as a commercial leader who capitalizes on a network of contacts.
• Close complex deals and maximize monetization of proprietary and joint infrastructure.
• Be responsible for the business’s P&L

Requirements

• 5-10 years in wholesale transport/backhaul/backbone in the telecommunications sector
• 3+ years in a commercial or business development role
• Strong active network of contacts with operators, hyperscalers, tower companies, data centers/IXPs, and large integrators
