“With a degree in Psychology from Universitat Ramon Llull, and some beginnings in clinical psychology when I still did not quite know what to do with my life, I soon discovered that you can contribute a lot in the world of HR. After a thousand and one battles in a large consulting firm, end client, start-up and agencies, acquiring a strong specialization in IT, and a postgrad in HR Management from Pompeu Fabra University, I concluded with a colleague, good friend and now partner that the time had come to decide for ourselves, to do things our way and really contribute to the world of business, technology and labour. Fascinating stage of my career that I combine with the collaboration as an external professor of the HR Master of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and in which I could not be happier.
