For one of our clients, a leading cloud-based human capital technology provider, we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Spain.

In a nutshell

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of one or more country implementation projects eventually part of a large program with responsibility for delivering a defined section within SuccessFactors environment.

• Manages project deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinates project progress with stakeholders and program management.
• Develops and tracks to detailed project plan, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans
• Provides leadership to his/her project teams

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in IT-project management with background within SAP payroll implementation or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules
• Ideally PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM,…)
