For one of our clients, one of the biggest fashion/retail companies in the world, we are looking for a Tech Lead to join their Spanish Team and take on technical responsibility for a strategic product based on Java/Spring Boot microservices.

In a nutshell

• Define the product’s medium- and long-term technical strategy and serve as the team’s architecture lead.
• Ensure smooth operation in production, anticipating incidents through resilience patterns.
• Provide technical support for the product, ensuring alignment with the client’s overall architecture.

Stack

Java, JPA, Docker/Kubernetes (OpenShift), JUnit, Mockito, API First, Bamboo/GitHub Actions, Oracle/DB2, Graylog, Spring, Kafka, MongoDB, JS, React, Scrum, etc.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong Experience with Java, Spring Boot and CI/CD.
• Fluent level of Spanish. English is a plus
